With a team of over 40 colleagues, we are responsible for event management, mechanics & logistics, fleet management, customer service, participant management, marketing/multimedia and guest support in the environment of a premium driving experience centre.
Every year we manage the entire organization of around 750 events at the Audi driving experience center. In addition, we accompany 200 supplementary national and international Audi driving experience events. Consequently, we serve between 25,000 and 30,000 visitors annually and manage a fleet of around 700 vehicles in total.

A team, consisting of four colleagues, manages the development of a brand strategy, above-the-line communication, below-the-line communication, online marketing, social media and internal communication for the various automotive companies.
As a result, we are responsible for the organisation of approximately 150 events per year and the creation of 500 types of print and web content. Our further area of responsibility includes the support of 15 online channels in total.
Guest service and customer advice for Audi Sport customer racing at the 24h race of Spa
Audi Sport customer racing – prestige, tradition and pure racing! Audi Sport customer racing stands for the customer sport programme of the premium manufacturer from Ingolstadt. Audi Sport has enjoyed regular success in this field since 2009 and is now represented on four continents. In the championship races the Audi R8 LMS GT3, Audi R8 LMS GT4 and Audi RS 3 LMS customer teams compete for the coveted titles. For Audi Sport customer racing, we were responsible for guest service and customer advice in Audi Sport Hospitality during the 24h of Spa’s endurance classic.
