CUBE brand communications awarded as "employer of the future"

17. July 2023

The German Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) has awarded CUBE brand communications with the title "Employer of the Future." As part of a comprehensive evaluation process, the specialist for Brand Experience & Brand Building was analyzed and assessed. The initiators of the award include not only DIND but also the German Institute for Service and Quality and Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister for Economic Affairs.

CUBE brand communications excelled in all five areas examined, positioning itself as an economic, ecological, social, and digital employer. With this, the communication agency successfully reinforced its focus on the future. The evaluation process included the criteria of modern leadership, innovative strength, progress in digital transformation, employee-friendliness, and recruiting strategies.

In addition to CUBE brand communications, the INSTART group, to which the agency belongs, also received the award. Representing the group and its affiliated companies, CEO Frank Fichtner accepted the award during the ceremony held on July 12, 2023, in Frankfurt am Main.

"We are delighted to receive the award from the German Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization. At the INSTART group, we place great importance on a profound understanding of the needs of our employees, a modern and innovation-oriented corporate culture, as well as the clear commitment of our management to digitalization and sustainability. These elements form the basis for our promising future prospects," said Frank Fichtner, who leads the company group together with his brother Markus Fichtner and Dr. Christian Matzner.
