First internal staff meeting for all INSTART group locations

Premiere for the INSTART group: on Friday, 15 October, there was a staff meeting for all companies of the group for the first time. We at CUBE bc were responsible for the planning, organisation and implementation.
For us as CUBE bc it was a special challenge to design a hybrid assembly for seven different locations in two countries. But the goal was that despite the distance, everyone could attend the meeting - either in presence at our headquarters in Gaimersheim or live via stream.
The aim and purpose of this meeting was to bring the people who had been in the home office since then back to the workplace over a joint breakfast and to inform all employees about the respective companies, the current status, the effects of the pandemic and an outlook for 2022.
