The three tech companies of the INSTART group - e.telligent, digitalwerk and ip camp - can now call themselves regulars at Bavaria's largest recruiting fair, "Connecta". As in previous years, CUBE brand communications, an agency for brand communication with a focus on strategic automotive marketing, was responsible for managing the trade fair appearances.
The main focus of the trade fair at the University and OTH Regensburg was also this year employer branding: to present the companies and their service portfolio, to expand networks, to establish contacts and to make potentially interested and interesting students aware of the career opportunities and vacancies. CUBE bc managed the complete organization - from the conception and set-up of the booths to the provision of give-aways and the presentation of job advertisements.
At this year's edition it was also possible for the first time to place the three companies directly next to each other, so that it was also obvious that the companies belonged to a group of companies and had things in common. CUBE bc was also able to ensure that e.telligent, digitalwerk and ip camp were each able to participate in the trade fair with a limited professional package, which enabled the companies to have larger exhibition areas, among other things.
Dr. Michael Schilhaneck, Managing Director of CUBE bc, draws a positive conclusion: "Our range of services also includes activating companies in employer branding." At a trade fair like Connecta, the focus is primarily on potential junior staff, the CEO continues. "Since we have now also received positive signals from the recruiting team for the umpteenth time, we will check for next year whether it also makes sense for us to have an exhibition stand at Connecta," concludes Schilhaneck.
