In the future, all employees will be able to lease their own desired bike, independent of brand and manufacturer, from a range of over 5,500 cooperation dealers. All renowned suppliers are included in the program - and leasing of e-bikes is also possible. Whether for business or private use, employees are free to decide what the bike is to be used for.
Schilhaneck has also leased a bike through JobRad: "Thanks to this practical benefit and just in time for the 'Golden Autumn', I was finally able to decide to say goodbye to my old, comfortable ladies' bike with a white leather saddle," he says with a laugh, adding, "Of course, in keeping with our agency name, I've now got myself a fancy trekking bike from the CUBE brand."
