Once again it was time for our managing director Dr. Michael Schilhaneck to go back to his roots. As part of his teaching assignment "Sport alpin", he accompanied the students of sports economics from Bayreuth as a state-certified ski instructor over a period of one week.
Under perfect skiing weather conditions, technical training at the highest performance level was on the agenda. However, the famous après-ski was also not neglected after successfully completing the course content. "Performance, fun and team spirit are values that are shared equally by the students of sports economics and us as an agency," says Dr. Michael Schilhaneck, managing director of CUBE brand communications.
For years, the agency has maintained close contact with both the University of Bayreuth and the alumni association of Bayreuth sports economists. In addition to teaching skiing, regular guest lectures and reciprocal invitations are part of the lived exchange between theory and practice. Schilhaneck, who himself studied and earned his doctorate at the University of Bayreuth, is convinced of the quality of academic training at the university. "We have made very good experiences with graduates from the University of Bayreuth in recent years and are pleased with every single application." To be remembered by the "Spökos" (students of sports economics), each of them was given a cool pair of sunglasses as a small giveaway.
