We at CUBE brand communications recently welcomed budding experts in sports marketing to our HQ in Gaimersheim. Through the alumni association of students of sports economics ("Spökos") at the University of Bayreuth - Dr. Michael Schilhaneck (Managing Director of CUBE bc) and Philipp Schneemeier (Team Leader Brand Building) themselves graduated from the course - a group of students accepted CUBE bc's invitation to Upper Bavaria.
Besides the presentation of our agency for brand communication - for the Spökos the sports reference was especially interesting - Michi and Philipp personally presented all current projects. After a healthy lunch (bowls from NATUTA) we went to the Audi Sportpark, where SpVgg Bayreuth played their premiere match in the 3rd league against FC Ingolstadt 04 at home - an interesting match for both sides.
Schilhaneck was delighted with the students' excursion: "Not only were we able to make new contacts again, but we were also able to give the Spökos exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into our day-to-day work. Talks for a part 2 are already underway - then we might combine a visit to the charging hub in Nuremberg with a DEL game."
