Since December 2021, we at CUBE brand communications have been responsible for the concierge service and customer support at the Audi Charging Hub. Our dedicated team, consisting of four colleagues and a three-person backup team, is on duty at the hub seven days a week from 10am to 7pm. After another successful project year, it was time for another team evening. This time we travelled to Nuremberg.
"Our employees are often working alone at the Audi Charging Hub, which means that contact with other colleagues can sometimes be neglected. That's why it's very important to us to organise regular team evenings," explains Project Manager Philipp Schneemeier.
The evening began with heated duels on the go-kart track, which proved that the team feels at home on the racetrack as well as on the customer service side. Afterwards, the batteries were recharged with a hearty pizza dinner. They chatted in a relaxed atmosphere and looked back on their year together at the Audi Charging Hub.
"Eating together and karting not only provided fun and variety, but also helped to strengthen cooperation within the hub. Team evenings like this are important for getting to know colleagues better outside of the working environment," adds Schneemeier.
