Since 2018, CUBE brand communications has been a part of the INSTART group, responsible for brand building within the company. Additionally, CUBE bc takes charge of organizing cross-company employee events in the area of Employer Branding. After hosting the first major Summer Festival last year at the Eitensheim location following the pandemic, this year, the second edition took place in the form of a Hawaii-themed party at the Baggersee in Ingolstadt.
The Summer Festival commenced with a warm welcome from the shareholders of the INSTART group, inviting all employees from the 7 locations of the group. The festival's highlight featured a sports competition: the INSTART group's own triathlon challenged 6 teams to compete in Stand-Up Paddling, Volleyball, and Foosball. The watching colleagues could enjoy the spectacle while sipping on delicious cocktails. Following the triathlon, the "Flying Rooster" food truck provided scrumptious dishes, offering a culinary delight. After the meal, guests could relax on the new floating island, with each company having their own branded deck chairs.
Later, the most enduring employees were driven to the after-party at the "Daydream" in Ingolstadt. Our guests from Regensburg were also safely transported back home by shuttle at a later hour.
