Within the INSTART group, we at CUBE brand communications, as an agency for brand communication, are responsible for the external presentation and positioning of the three tech companies digitalwerk, e.telligent and ip camp. Also acting more in the background of the innovative group of companies is INSTART consult as a digital shared service provider, which focuses on the digitalization of administrative processes and provides administrative support for the group.
For more than two years, CUBE bc has also been active as an event organizer with its two brands Riding Experience Alto Adige and Driving Experience Alto Adige in Bolzano and the surrounding area. After the market launch and several successfully implemented projects, at the beginning of September, in the course of the further development of the Bolzano project for CUBE bc, among other things, an operating facility (detailed info to follow) was established in Italy. In order to be able to handle these administratively complex processes in the best possible way, CUBE bc has commissioned INSTART consult with the implementation.
Dr. Michael Schilhaneck, Managing Director of CUBE bc, explains: "Establishing a permanent establishment abroad is not an easy undertaking. For example, it also involves matters such as invoicing from Italy to the DACH region. We need professionals for this and are glad that we can use the contacts within our group of companies here."
In order to fully understand the project in Bolzano, the responsible team of INSTART consult accepted the invitation of CUBE bc to South Tyrol and was able to gain useful impressions on site. The program included Driving Experiences in the driving experience center Safety Park Alto Adige, touring experiences in the South Tyrolean Alps, but also touristic as well as culinary impressions of South Tyrol, which can normally also be experienced by CUBE bc customers. Furthermore, the visit was a welcome opportunity for INSTART consult to get to know the local financial partners and to exchange first information.
